If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, these people are relentless and rude. They come to your door all the way up into evening time and even on Saturday and Sunday. Ask you questions and before you even realize it, they have signed you up. It is a nightmare to get out of the contract. They want to charge you $250 to cancel with them. It increases your electric by almost double. I got out of mine without paying the $250 because I am on an Equal Payment Plan through my electric company and they are not compatible. I had a good experience with the young man who came to my door. I love the idea of clean, renewable energy, and I don't pay much attention to the costs, so don't know whether I'm saving any money; I just want to use the wind!

Increased variable rates not based on commodity price changes, but for profitablity factors from 4.7 cents to 15.99 cents, stole about $1500 from me without notifying of pricing changes.
