Complete scam, nothing that was promised was fulfilled. When I called and told them I was promised low rates the response was "we are not a saving account." The rate double in the summer time. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Inspire is just another clean energy supplier. Please do research before choosing one. I learned that any door to door salesperson will know little tactics on how to peruse someone that what they claim to be selling is better than the other suppliers. A lot of physocloogy is involved in this type of job market. Workers are promised this dream that only 1% of them will make it out alive. Those that do aren't even good at running their own business right off the back having a lot of turnovers. So once again please do research ... read more

I signed up for a 2 year fixed rate contract a few months ago and although it's not the greatest rate out there, I have no real complaints. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that these guys continue to ring my door bell like every once a month (always different salesmen) talking nonsense about "new cash back" or better rates. STOP COMING TO MY HOUSE. I will cancel and sue you if you continue to ring my door bell and harass me.

Sending canvassers around our neighborhood asking if you've already signed up for CleanChoice Energy. If you say yes, they ask to see a copy of bill and would not go away.

Excellent customer service I spoke to Sara she handled all my questions and concerns She is a wonderful person who truly cares about the customer. Inspire is a very nice company to deal with , and Sara is a 5 Star Customer Service Rep I hope she gets promoted to a higher level in this company she deserves it ! Sincerely R. Kirby

Two representatives came to my door claiming that I was paying out of state taxes for my electricity and wanted to see my bill. They did not identify where they were from until I repeatedly asked. When I asked if their purpose for being there was because they wanted me to change electricity providers, they refused to answer the question. When I said I get my bill online they again asked for me to pull it up so they can see it. We were very impressed with the sales representatives who called on us at our home. They were able to clearly explain the environmental benefits of using Inspire as our electric generation supplier through the use of wind power. We're pleased to know that we are doing our part for the environment by using 100% clean power.
