Since I have signed up, the change was transparent in my billing and there as been no increase in costs that I can tell. I do not get annoying calls, nor do I get contact more than I choose/desire. It appears that I can have renewable energy at a reasonable cost finally.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. One of their salesmen came to the door- said he was with our current power company and that he needed to check our bill to see if we are experiencing the same “problem” as others in our neighborhood. He pointed at the form and said- “yup there’s the problem, you’re getting coal power. You’re company is going green: would you like me to fix the problem and switch it over?” I asked him if our power company was In charge and doing this and he said- yes. I’m with your power company. This company uses high pressure sales tactics and misleading information to sign you up for the service, frankly taking advantage of the fact people want to be environmentally responsible. They also make it sound like when you sign up with them as the supplier, the energy you are individually using/paying for is renewable. In fact, that may not be the case, from what I can tell, they invest in renewable energy providers to help increase the amount of renewable energy in the grid overall. The young man (Zac) that came to my home late afternoon was very professional and seemed to understand what he was 'selling'. I explained my concerns, he helped me understand the request. I also have solar, am interested to see what changes if anything over the next 6 months. After reading the many negative reviews below, I intend on coming back in some months closer to the end of the agreed upon 6 months term with Inspire and provide an updated review. I had a door to door pitch person ring my door bell at 8pm to try to sell this company. Who rings doorbells that late and expects an audience? I have small children and even if I did not this to me is unacceptable. Have some courtesy for peoples lives if you want new customers.

So far I have found Inspire very easy to work with. They have followed up on my service. I have received the rebates promised. Inspire dosen't hound me at my home. The only time I have seen them they just wanted to make sure my rates haven't gone up. Everyone I have dealt with have been professional, respectful and knowledgeable.
