Product and customer service have been excellent to date. Product (including software) updates work well and offer very patient customer support. I am a relatively new customer to Inspire and have not been disappointed with the level of use I am getting.

I respect that these door-to-door people are just trying to do their jobs, but they need to be honest. This is the second "renewable" energy company I've had to deal with coming to my door - the speech was identical to the other one. Even after explaining this, that I knew what was going on, I was not interested, and having someone look at my bill is NOT required, this woman wouldn't take no for an answer. I wanted to switch to a sustainable energy source I did not expect my bills to be considerably reduced compared to those from my former provider Viridian. I have been delighted about the reduction in monthly cost that I have experienced. I have been a member just a few months now and have been pleased so far.

OMG my bill went to over 3 times what it used to be! This this the WORST company I need to get rid of them. I cannot believe how much they charge for electric. How can any working family afford this it is half my mortgage. What a scam.

INSPIRE remains my only choice for electric power. I have traveled this place referred to as Mother Earth. Everywhere I have traveled I see Wind Turbines and Solar panels. The U.S. is dead last compared to Hi-tech Countries. INSPIRE IS A TRIPLE A+ in my world!

To be GREEN at a competitive price is everything we wanted in a supplier and all contact with them has been positive every time, so they are hitting it out of the park for us.
