Very very happy with this company. Not only did I get a rebate but after I was told that a guy could get me a "better rate" when he saw my Inspire rate he said no I can't beat that.
I have been very happy with the service and the plan that Inspire has available for members. All of their team has been very courteous and knowledgeable for any question I have had during my nearly 2 years of membership. Keep up the good work!

Inspire offers great pricing and customer service. The transmission/distribution companies charge two to three times as much to get the "product" to the consumer. Obviously, they could learn a lot from Inspire. R.A. Sabir, Cleveland, Ohio

My experiences with Inspire have been positive. When calling with questions the representatives have been helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to explain and answer all my questions
One star was required to leave this review. One star is more than this company deserves. The rep for this company committed fraud. Inspire's rep took advantage of my father whom did not speak English well and he (the rep) created a fake account and contract. My father was paying a higher than normal bill for 9 months and didn't understand why. After reviewing his bill I notice the third party company and explained it to him. My father said that the rep asked to see his bill. He told the rep he didn't want to change anything ... read more

Inspire is cheaper.....what else do you need? If what they say is true they are the cleaner alternative to PECO and the rate is definitely the lowest. I’m very satisfied!

I've been an inspire customer for years. It is 100% clean wind energy. And the subscription plan is wonderful so I'm not seeing ups and downs in my bill.
