Great customer service! Received a call from another third party electric supply who tried to get me to sign up with them. Their rate was lower than what I was paying, so I called Inspire right after that call to tell them. Not only did they beat the lower kwh price, but also locked in the rate for a year with no penalty of changing the terms of my previous budget plan. On top of this, they sent me a $100 visa gift card for continuing to use clean energy with them!

friendly and informative team members who signed me on at a grocery store. they also kept their word on the gift card that I had completely forgotten about. so proud to do my share to live more cleanly. wish more people were open to change for the benefit of all. inspire allows us to do our share with wind power.
