Very rude salesman after I told him to leave.
The company is a clean energy company and offers fixed payment options as well. The customer service personnel are very helpful as well DKeller

Lady knocked on my door, thought she was from my housing company so I let her in, mind you I was woken up from a nap and still half asleep. She never told me where she was from. By my stupid mistake I ended up signing up for this, she even stood there and during the conformation call and told me to say 'yes' when they asked if the sales rep has left the property. When I subscribed to this service, Inspire made me a promise to give me good, acceptable service at a reasonable price and so far Inspire has lived up to it's promise. So far I have had no problems and I am satisfied.

Energy prices under old provider: just under $0.072/kwhr pretty consistently every single month... Last 3 months energy prices under Inspire: Jan $0.085/kwhr, Feb $0.115/kwhr, Mar $0.145/kwhr 71% increase in 90 days. Don't do it. It's bait-and-switch people... Time to look elsewhere.

Ran into a rep that had just visited an elderly lady in the community. They were selling month to month plans and what I was told is that PECO was about to up the rates as winter was coming, which seemed reasonable to me, and the increase was only about two tenths of a cent from what I was paying now. Now I had been told that I could cancel anytime and my rate would be locked in at this price for a year. I don't want to say that the sales rep was lying but it turned out to be completely false. If i could give 0 stars I would. Lied to get my wife to get her to sign up. Told her nothing would change everything would stay the same with our bill that was all a lie. Also told her if she was un-happy with the service at any time she would be able to cancel. So we got a letter from our current provider informing us our service was going to be cancelled. We call inspire and they then inform us it will be $120 to cancel. So apparently everything they told her was a lie. I'm still confused how Inspire can cancel my service ... read more
