There is always that one person you can't please. That being said.....I absolutely love the Inn. I have stayed numerous times and will continue to visit. The service is great, the food is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff goes out of their way to help you and make sure you are happy.
I celebrated my birthday at the Inn, and loved everything about it. Dinner at the restaurant was truly fabulous and breakfast at the Lakehouse was such a treat. The grounds, the carriage ride, and home tour was such a delight. Above all the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special! Highly recommended.
Don't skip this place! It is so beautiful and peaceful....well worth the drive out there from downtown Charleston to get a taste of Plantation life. If you can get an accommodation on the grounds, jump on it. The House tour in a bonus.
We celebrated our first wedding anniversary here and loved every minute of our stay! Not only is it just a beautiful location with impeccable grounds, the staff at Middleton Place and the Inn were continuously going above and beyond. Thank you Samantha at the Inn for always being so gracious and sweet with us! We are already planning our next trip back!
We went here with high expectations! I lived here all my life passed by a million times,and as a kid toured several times...the stay at the Inn was wonderful! Wine and food 5-7 was a treat! The gardens perfect, museum perfect,carriage ride was fun! The restaurant was just too good! Service was amazing all the way around! Continental breakfast exceeded my expectations!
