Trusted service for nearly 20 years. Scheduling is easy. Consultation with my service manager is thorough. They always propose and perform only the work that’s necessary based on my records and input. I trust their workmanship and knowledge. The lobby is always stocked with goodies if you have to wait. I’ve always been given a loaner car except this once. That ended up presenting some problems but hoping that’s a one off.
INFINITI of Bellevue is outstanding in every way. Russ and Brandon made the entire process easy and efficient. I love my new QX 50 !

This visit, I was told that Infiniti of Bellevue would charge a fee for using my credit card. They had not done this in my prior visits. I paid by debit card. My service advisor forgot to apply the 20% discount on service promotion on additional recommended service I approved after he called me for recommended service. I asked to have my account credited, instead of having a balance on my account. Service advisor told me that he would have to work out with their finance department.
