Always a great experience at Bellevue infiniti. Great service and service specialists. I have had bad experiences at other dealership and although it's a drive I would rather come to Bellevue for any servicing need.

Had to get it in on short notice because it was overheating. Can’t use a credit card now to pay without getting the 3% credit card fee tacked on. That’s new. Couldn’t get me a loaner because it was last minute which I understand.

Asha in Service did a great job processing my repair, finding the extended dealer warranty, getting my car fixed and back to me. Thanks to her and the service technicians. Disappointed that a vehicle with only 18,000 miles had to have the air conditioner replaced but that is a quality issue not a service issue. Asha and the service staff did a great job.

I pulled in and was greeted right away. My issue was taken care immediately. And I was on my way. I had my 2 little kids with me and didn't feel bad about bringing them inside. They had a little room for them, with toys and TV, and even snacks.

Was great, although no one was in the bay to great me why i pulled in and i had to find someone. Once I did everything was great.
