well where do i even start. first off, i had a multitude of questions when i first began our campaign- as it was my first time doing this. there is NO customer service to answer your questions, other than online. no phone support whatsoever. this was really bad. I had backers (donators) asking me all kinds of questions and they wanted answers. i waited and waited for IndGOgo to get back to me online. Nothing. i finally had to start using capital letters in my "contact us" forms... then i started hearing back, many many days ... read more

The Indiegogo business model is very unfair to the campaign backers. I have been waiting for more than 2 years, the product kept delayed. Moreover, when I tried to contact the campaigner directly to update my address, they never respond. Indiegogo cannot do anything because the campaigner marked mine as "Fulfilled." Fullfileld doesn't necessarily mean it's shipped, it just means that "Indiegogo won't do anything if the campaigner refuse to respond or ship the product." Stay away from this company.

Scammers' marketplace. Indiegogo does nothing to ensure trust is well placed. Once a campaign is complete, they offer absolutely no support or mediation services with the campaigner and/or scammers asking for money on their site.

No fraud check by this company or protection for the consumer or investors. When a project failed delivery, they play the "not my problem" card. They suggest you reach out to the campaign owner. Your money is gone at that point!!!

I ordered these echo charging cords in Feb 2015 and im still yet to get them. This is a poor situation. They tried to apieze me with sending me these 1 ft long cords while I waited for the correct ones. I to this day don't have whay I paid for!!!

I crowdfunded with Indigogo. The campaign turned out to be a scam. While I understand it is buyer beware, I believe Indigogo had some responsibility to send a notification out to hackers when they discovered the fraud. They have done none of this. For those backers that were able to get their money refunded on their credit card, Indigogo had the decision reversed. They have done nothing to help get to the bottom of the fraud. This company steals, and doesn't protect the backers. They support campaigners who ignore the people paying money, and just say they can't do anything about it. Lost $85 on something, and nobody is protecting me! So Pissed. These companies are "legally" stealing.

I launched a campaign on Indigogo March 17, 2017. In the course of two days received $4832 in funding. Then, Indigogo stopped accepting credit card payments and apple pay causing me to loose 3 days worth of revenue and pledge support. I could be up to $10K to $15K by now? Nothing changed on my end, except, I did provide them with my driver's license information.
