I’m still getting to know this very nice gym, but my absolute favorite thing is my Zumba class with Rosy. She is funny, energetic, and a very good instructor. Start to finish is well planned with warm up, burn it, then cool it down with a stretch.
We are new members of In Shape and we love it. The friendly atmosphere and the cleanliness along with the excellent staff make it a fun place for my husband and I to go to several times a week. And thanks to our Trainer Nick - we are getting ‘in shape’!
How do I apply? Because I'd love to get paid to be on my phone all day, huddle up in groups with other employees and completely ignore the paying members. I mean damn not asking for an ass kiss but a simple hey what's up every once in a while would be cool. 95%of the employees have a real stuck up attitude and don't acknowledge the members. All I see them doing is taking selfies with each other and sitting down. Its freshly remodeled and it flows with open flooring all throughtout the club. Everything changed from the older building. Clean and safe to get a workout there. The locker room is huge, equipment is also updated. The only thing i find inconvenient is the steam/sauna for both men and woman to use. I dont find convinient to step out of the locker room into the hallways to access the steam/sauna rooms being occupied by both sexes.. Other than that, its a great place to workout.
