This place needs a major overhaul, from the locker rooms to better equipment for woman to work out with.
I love their machines and I love working out up stairs where I feel secure about myself. I also love Valerie's Zumba class.
Great place to work out. Great staff! I have been working out here for 10 years, helped me loose a lot of fat and gain muscle.
