This place is convenient but the cleaning lady is rude and inconsiderate. I was in the sauna Thursday of last week and this lady came in with a can and decides to spray WD-40 on small guck in 4 different spots. The fumes were too much. It's a freaking sauna! The heat amplifies the chemical smell. Instead of complaining I asked her to place a "closed for cleaning/servicing" sign the next time while the sauna is free of patrons. I’ve been a member for almost a year and I love it here! The front desk staff is always friendly and greets me as soon as I walk in, Taylor on the sales team is extremely personable and makes sure to say hi! The personal trainers are always helpful whenever I have a question about using a piece of equipment right.
The employee was so rude she was on her phone very bad customer service I wanted to sign up that employee just made me walk out because of her attitude she showed 0 interest bad customer service

If it wasn't for this location being so convenient I wouldn't bother. I pay alot a month and they can't even have clean towls for the towl service, and that's included in my highly priced membership. I come all different times, and every time there are no towls. I have to bring my own, and shouldnt have to because i pay for the service. Maybe if the employees could put their phones down and throw a few loads of towls in the laundry that wouldn't be a problem. Customer service is not great.
