I am so impressed with the remodeling of this location! Super excited about the new indoor, outdoor pool and spa. I am obsessed with Crossfit but wanted to add cardio since an old ski injury keeps me from running WODS. So I was excited to see equipment that were never offered at Inshape that are now. Wallsballs, Kettlebells, box jump platforms, barbells w free weights. They will be getting in two deadlift platforms and squat rack soon as well. I love Rosy's class! She is high energy and fun. When I leave her class I'm sweating and my fit bit indicates to me that 500+ calories have been torched. It's the fastest hour ever.
