It's not bad they have indoor handball courts and they have a decent size weight room . Bathroom is cool had a tv playing ESPN on it.
Really kind staff and instructors. The staff members are always ready and willing to help.
Living in Manteca, I didn't expect a whole lot as far as a good gym is concerned. When I lived in Sacramento, there was a great privately owned gym I went to, so that's what I was used to. OK where to start. The staff isn't friendly, and has a very high school clique vibe. They don't acknowledge me. Only their friends they are friendly too.
