Verified Renter I would not recommended to come to avana this is worst ever manager. You will not get your apartment ready in time and endless delay in maintenance requests It takes months over months to solve any issue

Feels like Home! Just signed my 3rd year lease! I moved here from Ohio and I never felt more at home. The people are super nice, great community that gets children and families involved (ex. Easter eggs hunt, etc). It’s comfortable and the balconies are huge! Cute pond area and the pool is very nice. So very children-friendly and I have met some nice families here. Verified Renter This is the worst experience I have ever had at any apartment complex.it took six months to get an electrical problem corrected. Two Visit’s to get toilet leak and drain leak fixed.still have not gotten freezer fixed.never any satisfaction with this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy

Verified Renter Avana Desert View, one of the best community to stay. Close to the office and near by markets. All of them are availble in just walkable distance. Leasing and options to explore the community is very good and maintained properly.

Verified Renter Beautiful society with green lawns and multiple parks. Kids would definitely love it. The swimming pool is a boon in summers. Having said so there is a focus approach needs to be taken for maintenance activities.

Verified Renter Don’t sign a lease if you haven’t seen your apartment! The worst mistake ever. I was given an unsanitary apartment that was not cleaned between tenants. I also saw roaches within the first 5 minutes of being in the kitchen. This place is disgusting and should be shut down if this is how things are running.
