Incompetent and Unaccountable We had issues from day one. When we took possession of the unit, we found that no one had bothered to clean the floors: dust and detritus left from the previous tenants littered the entire apartment. Even after scrubbing the floors several times our socks still turned black. Management offered no assistance, claiming they were unable to get anyone in to clean before we had to move our belongings in and not offering so much as an apology. Verified Renter This is not a community I would recommend for anyone to lease. Maintenance requests as critical as kitchen appliances take months and months to get resolved, and need multiple follow ups. My refrigerator and dish washer also has issues, but I decided not to waste time placing another request and planning to move out soon.

Rude and incompetent management This place is terribly managed. Communications from management are rude and threatening. Maintenance issues are never addressed. In the gym, paper towels, sanitizer, and cloths for cleaning the machines are always missing. Pools often closed for cleaning and are dirty anyway when open. Garbage all over the grounds during monsoon season. Very poor maintenance It has been almost 3 months I transfered to another unit, both the toilets had issues, fan making noise, patio storage not cleaned, closet bulb not working, ward robe doors came out loose in kitchen and bathrooms . Numerous requests, Fed up, paying huge rent increase, pathetic maintenance service.

Verified Renter While the location and apartment itself is nice, the service in this community is beyond disappointing. We have moved in more than 2 weeks ago and the apt is still unfinished with no cabinet handles, no fan/light in guest bedroom. They haven’t even moved buckets of paint outside of our apt, there’s no ice maker installed. It’s been a nightmare. The leasing office team takes forever to return phone calls. They do not receive phone calls at all. Things are chaotic and mismanaged.

Verified Renter I moved in to this apartment last month and by far this is worst move-in experience I have ever had. Apartment was not cleaned when we moved in. Dishwasher was not cleaned and had sludge all over it with dirty water in it. Patio door rail had mud. Found couple of dead lizards around. Verified Renter Very high rent charges, very poor maintenance, takes weeks to resolve a small maintenance request. Very rude people at the community office, never listen to you.
Verified Renter We needed an apartment close to family in the area and found and leased our unit in 2 days time on a short trip to Phoenix. Everything about the process was convenient and easy.
Verified Renter The move in process was seamless. I was able to sign my lease and pay my move in monies all in the online portal. Highly recommend the ease of use to anyone looking for a new apartment home. Another added bonus is they aren't as restricted on dog breeds as I have a German Shephard and most other apartments she was not welcomed. She is my protection instead using a firearm so it is important that she is able to live with me as a single woman. Thank you Avana Desert View!
