It’s been a pleasure I’ve been living here since the place opened and operated under the old management. I’ll be moving out this week as I’m moving out of state, but I will definitely miss this place. I’ve stayed this long due to the wonderful experience I’ve had. The worst place I’ve ever lived. “Community rules” only apply to some. They will charge you for a trash service that may or may not actually pick up your trash even if you follow all their rules and then they’ll fine you for having trash out beyond the 2 hours they allot you to have trash out. Verified Renter There are a lot of children so if noise from 2pm to 9pm bothers you don't live here. The gym is nice. Maintenence is very slow although they claim it's due to lack of staff. They perform loud landscaping every morning at 7 Tues-Sat.

Greedy Company I have lived in a lot of corporate owned apartment complexes and have realistic expectations about how friendly they are to their tenants pocketbooks. IMT is by far the greediest landlord I have ever rented from. Maintenance is deferred until things have been broken for months. They require a 2x monthly rent lease break fee and 60 days notice. Verified Renter Every member of the staff are high quality, competent, and good natured people. This includes Adrian, Gary, Jesse on the Maintenance Team. And Tasha, Jesse, and Isaiah on the Office Staff Team. The grounds and amenities are beautifully maintained. The two bedroom apartments are well laid out with plenty of storage. Overall, my experience is that this is a calm, friendly, family-oriented community. It has a resort / sanctuary vibe. LOVE IT!
