Verified Renter Worst apartment living experience to date. Absolutely non existent maintenance team unless its an emergency, fitness center machines constantly broken/missing, hot tubs never work.

I forgot to mention- we just replaced 2 of our treadmills and are getting a new set of dumbbells this Friday. We do have quarterly maintenance done for us on our equipment, so if you experience something not working, please let us know so we can address it with the right people to get any issues taken care of. Verified Renter Community is good but do look for maintenance as well. If you think you can live with issues to be resolved in like months then you can choose this community.

Verified Renter Avana Desert view is a good community to live. You can find many people to mingle. It have play areas and parks with 2 swimming pools. Community maintenance seems to be improving now a days.

The worst place I’ve ever lived. “Community rules” only apply to some. They will charge you for a trash service that may or may not actually pick up your trash even if you follow all their rules and then they’ll fine you for having trash out beyond the 2 hours they allot you to have trash out. But they won’t do anything about all the dog poop, people who let their dogs off leash, bugs specifically the roaches that they’ll tell you is normal and “expected” to live with, screaming neighbors, and if you have any maintenance iss... read more

Verified Renter There are a lot of children so if noise from 2pm to 9pm bothers you don't live here. The gym is nice. Maintenence is very slow although they claim it's due to lack of staff. They perform loud landscaping every morning at 7 Tues-Sat.

Verified Renter Every member of the staff are high quality, competent, and good natured people. This includes Adrian, Gary, Jesse on the Maintenance Team. And Tasha, Jesse, and Isaiah on the Office Staff Team. The grounds and amenities are beautifully maintained. The two bedroom apartments are well laid out with plenty of storage. Overall, my experience is that this is a calm, friendly, family-oriented community. It has a resort / sanctuary vibe. LOVE IT!
