Decent floor plans and good location These apartments are pretty spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice. The renovated apartments are pretty and modern looking which is a nice change from the other apartments I’ve lived at before where everything is old and dated. Over all, I’m pretty impressed

A good place to live! Super quite community that is close to all major stores. There are many things to do around the community. Office staff and maintenance are all great at helping and answering questions.

Verified Renter Overall the community is quite, walkable, and has a space for children to play. The only improvement I would suggest is for maintenance to be more timely in completing tasks.

Terrible Management and Maintenance This complex is the worst I’ve lived in. We’ve had maintenance request in since August 2022 that are not being completed. Talked with management on the phone and they assured me it would get fixed. Still hasn’t. Since august we know have garage problems and heating problems. What’s to say they will get these fixed either.

Verified Renter We moved in recently to avana we took sophisticated apartment for lease but they didn't even clean the apartment properly.there is no proper front window blinds,Ac is full of dust and not working properly, no garbage tin given,floor is very hard and not good at some places and restroom is very bad.we talked to leasing management about these issues but they didn't even provide any service till now.this is the worst experience we have ever experienced.
