Incompetent and Unaccountable We had issues from day one. When we took possession of the unit, we found that no one had bothered to clean the floors: dust and detritus left from the previous tenants littered the entire apartment. Even after scrubbing the floors several times our socks still turned black. Management offered no assistance, claiming they were unable to get anyone in to clean before we had to move our belongings in and not offering so much as an apology. Verified Renter This is not a community I would recommend for anyone to lease. Maintenance requests as critical as kitchen appliances take months and months to get resolved, and need multiple follow ups. My refrigerator and dish washer also has issues, but I decided not to waste time placing another request and planning to move out soon.

Rude and incompetent management This place is terribly managed. Communications from management are rude and threatening. Maintenance issues are never addressed. In the gym, paper towels, sanitizer, and cloths for cleaning the machines are always missing. Pools often closed for cleaning and are dirty anyway when open. Garbage all over the grounds during monsoon season. Happy Happy Happy The apartments are very nice. The staff is top notch. Kelly was my leasing agent and was helpful.
Very poor maintenance It has been almost 3 months I transfered to another unit, both the toilets had issues, fan making noise, patio storage not cleaned, closet bulb not working, ward robe doors came out loose in kitchen and bathrooms . Numerous requests, Fed up, paying huge rent increase, pathetic maintenance service.

Awesome Place to live Very happy with living here at Woodland Meadows. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kelli was awesome at move in and makes things easier. Would highly recommend.
Very spacious and inviting Very happy with this community. I like how spacious it is and all the amenities. Worked with Kelly and she was a delight. I would recommend checking this place out.
Great place I did a virtual tour with Kelli and it was great. I'm thinking of moving to Houston from Chicago and the virtual tour was a great way to see the apartments, but also get to ask questions with out being there in person. I appreciate all her patients during the tour and will defiantly be making a decision soon.
