Verified Renter I moved into avana in October,2020. 5 days before moving into my newly renovated apartment, the staff informed us that they are gonna give us a non-renovated apartment with all old appliances (ugly according to me) due to some mistake on their side. NOT a good community to stay at and awful customer experience I have been staying in this community for almost 2 years. Very worst customer experience with the management. Also, very awful maintenance service. They didn’t fix the problems / requests that I have raised since 6 months now. 1) Even after complaining 6 times for the washer ruining the clothes, it is not yet repaired. 2) Even the quality of the appliances is not up to the mark. Verified Renter Avana Desert view is a wonderful community with greenery around. It has various park areas for kids and grown ups to play. The proximity to market place and being located in the center of the city makes it more viable option for a family to commute. Verified Renter The location is absolutely fantastic! I don't think anywhere else I have lived has been so close to a grocery store that it's quicker for me to walk there than drive. In addition to the grocery store, we're also within walking distance of Home Depot, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. Desert Ridge Marketplace is just a few miles north, and we're near both the 51 and the 101 if I need to get across town. It's so convenient!
