Verified Renter I moved into avana in October,2020. 5 days before moving into my newly renovated apartment, the staff informed us that they are gonna give us a non-renovated apartment with all old appliances (ugly according to me) due to some mistake on their side. Disapointing I lived here for 14 months and am now thankfully gone. I can't recommend. I have lived in probably 2 dozen rentals or more in my life. Houses, condos, apartments, etc. This was my least desirable place that I have ever rented from and I would not go back, or to any of their affiliates if the opportunity arose. I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

DO NOT MOVE HERE My family and I have been living in these apartments for a little over a year now. Last summer they only had one pool open due to renovation. We were not upset about it cause we knew this summer both of the pools should be open. Well now they only have one pool open yet again and they closed them both right before Memorial Day. Couldn't be Better I leased an apartment for 6 months starting this past August. The location is beautiful in a quiet suburban neighborhood with lots of open space surrounding it. It feels like it's in a natural area, but shopping and freeway access are within 5 minutes. The complex is quiet too. I never had any disturbance from neighbors or pets. The apartment were lovely.
