ALL ABOUT THE MONEY ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! We ended up cancelling our lease for a few reasons. The phone system hung up on us just about every time we tried calling and were told they are working on it but it didn't seem like a priority. There is no timeline on fixing the broken security gates and the excuse given was that it's expensive to fix so they need more estimates. It is not a gated community I’m living here since 2 years,management, staff and maintenance are great help but as they are advertising as a gated community it’s not a gated community by any means,although they have gates but they are of no use,if you’re looking for safe community then I don’t refer this community other than safety everything is fine

Although the gates are meant as a deterrent to crime, they do not guarantee safety. Unfortunately, crime can still occur at any community, whether it is gated or not. Not worth it!! Stay away For anyone touring this property, please be aware that the model apartments are upgraded units. If you chose the classic apartment, it’s very different from the model. I saw my actual classic apartment on the day before move in and I was shock. The kitchen appliances were so old and worn out. There were stains on the kitchen counters and bathtubs. Sad have had to leave I recently had to move out of state because of work. I lived on this property for a year and never had a complaint from move it to move out and everything in between it was awesome! Office staff was very nice and professional and the techs were always nice, courteous and professional when dealing with any issue I had, even the toilet I clogged myself!!!! If I ever make it back to AZ and I need a place to live this will be the first and last place I look!
Poor Management - Making moving out tenants pay for upgrading their units Dont have Zero to mark here........ About 2 weeks I moved out of my apartment that I lived in for 12 Months. Over the course of these 12 Months, I was very careful that I did not cause too much damage to the apartment. While returning the key, I requested for appointment for walk through. Good place for family Salerno is good place for living. For Grocery shopping there is frys which is next building. Before Salero there is Taco and MacD for food. At the opposite side there is chase bank. Just 5 minutes walk there is public transport. Shopping mall is available in 10 minutes drive. There is 2 swimming pool, Gym and park for children and pets separately. Good maintenance. Disadvantage is rent which is little higher than other apartments.
