Great Place to Live and Wonderful Staff My experience here at Avana Desert View has been very positive. I would like to mention Tasha who has been extremely helpful, positive and patient. No matter what my needs are she is always there to help me and straighten things out for me. She is so nice and extremely positive in whatever my needs are that without her I would be up a tree. She deserves the biggest raise and outstanding marks in her personality and willingness to help.

Verified Renter I like the location. Prior to the virus repair service was excellent. I wish the lease would reflect the actual money you pay or close to it. I am paying over $100.00 a month in utilities. I am forced to pay for valet trash and mail holding thing which I don't need

Verified Renter Tasha is an excellent people person and is always cheerful and helpful. Maintenance is good. I wish we had recycling though. A little on the expensive side given the age of the complex and the area. Overall Ive enjoyed living here.

Though its called premium living, you will still end up paying additional charges like locker (even if you dont use it), trash pick up (still you need to go to dumpster if you have additional trash), pay even for wear and tear, etc. Beware of roaches. Even you keep the unit clean the best way possible, over the period they will enter the unit.
