Verified Renter Yeah, so far I like it here. It's pleasant. Now and then I hear people talking outside, hanging out, enjoyably. Children noises in the evening and on weekends - comforting. Noisy enough to hear society around you, quiet enough to hear!! Everything is very accessible in and around the complex - Fast food to Fry's within walking distance for most on mostly smooth routes. Bosa's and wallyworld if you want to cross two major roads at one intersection; I think maybe two to three blocks? Lots in between.

Verified Renter After Greystar took the control. I see great improvements is performance. Great place to stay. My most preferred apartment in this location. Easy commutation for school, work, groceries and other stuff.
Verified Renter Extremely helpful! moved in March of 2020 and the staff has been wonderful through everything. Very friendly and kind!
Loud The area is perfect, maintenance issues get fixed right away and the staff are phenomenal but if you have a noisy neighbors it is not so good. Only live on the top floor if you really want to live here. And that is if your downstairs neighbor is quiet. When I asked if these apartments were noisy, I was told no BUT they are, I hear everything my neighbors do, it is not conducive to me working from home. I would not live here, given what I know now..

Beautiful community with bunch of amenities It has been three years I'm with this community and really could not find any alternatives at the same quality and with same rental cost. It is clean, maintained and has superb customer service.
Moving in went well Move in was a breeze. The new apartment was clean and in very good order. Ricky and the staff were great. Looking forward to living here the next year.

They Underdelivered I don't regret living here but I wouldn't recommend it. Aside from the nice design, this isn't the luxury experience they advertise. Other true "luxury apartments" are available in Denver at similar rates. Feedback based on 2 apartments; mine and a neighbor/friend who also lived in the complex: Rooms are aesthetically pleasing!
