Though its called premium living, you will still end up paying additional charges like locker (even if you dont use it), trash pick up (still you need to go to dumpster if you have additional trash), pay even for wear and tear, etc. Beware of roaches. Even you keep the unit clean the best way possible, over the period they will enter the unit. Verified Renter We are Staying in Avana Desert View For almost 6years.. I don't find any issues.. Everytime if we have issue or problem or workorder.. The management response is awesome.
Verified Renter Great location and friendly staff. One thing I would recommend is if someone is going to move in to an older apartment that has not been updated as the model, they be shown a model more like the apartment they are going to lease.
Verified Renter David in the front leasing office has been very helpful with moving in at Avana Desert View. If there was an issue or concern he would address it immediately. I like living at Avana because it is close to everything I enjoy to do!
