Verified Renter The location is absolutely fantastic! I don't think anywhere else I have lived has been so close to a grocery store that it's quicker for me to walk there than drive. In addition to the grocery store, we're also within walking distance of Home Depot, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. Desert Ridge Marketplace is just a few miles north, and we're near both the 51 and the 101 if I need to get across town. It's so convenient!

Great friendly staff, and quick responding! From the first phone call with Louis, My sister was able to get ALL the info I needed to apply and she described how thorough and nice he was! Verified Renter The community is a beautiful place to live. Great location. We have lived here for 3.5 years now, and never had any serious issues. Office staff are nice. Tasha has always been super-helpful with any concerns or advice weve needed. Any small repairs get addressed within 24-48 hours. Appreciate how the community handled the whole COVID-19 situation. They send emails frequently to update the status of the community, whether its about enforcing lockdown or about package delivery service. Overall, its a nice plac... read more

Great community This is a great community with well maintained grounds and a very friendly and prompt staff. They are always improving the property and look forward to what changes are to come. I highly recommend people that are looking for a place to call home to check it out!
