Wonderful place to live Viewed these apartments. They were very well kept and Kelli was so helpful. I look forward to selling my home and moving here. The lake and landscaping is so nice.
Verified Renter While the location and apartment itself is nice, the service in this community is beyond disappointing. We have moved in more than 2 weeks ago and the apt is still unfinished with no cabinet handles, no fan/light in guest bedroom. They haven’t even moved buckets of paint outside of our apt, there’s no ice maker installed. It’s been a nightmare. The leasing office team takes forever to return phone calls. They do not receive phone calls at all. Things are chaotic and mismanaged.

Verified Renter I moved in to this apartment last month and by far this is worst move-in experience I have ever had. Apartment was not cleaned when we moved in. Dishwasher was not cleaned and had sludge all over it with dirty water in it. Patio door rail had mud. Found couple of dead lizards around. I have been following up with apartment office by mail, call and personally visiting the office, to either clean dishwasher or replace it . But no luck till date . Verified Renter Very high rent charges, very poor maintenance, takes weeks to resolve a small maintenance request. Very rude people at the community office, never listen to you.
Verified Renter We needed an apartment close to family in the area and found and leased our unit in 2 days time on a short trip to Phoenix. Everything about the process was convenient and easy.
Verified Renter The move in process was seamless. I was able to sign my lease and pay my move in monies all in the online portal. Highly recommend the ease of use to anyone looking for a new apartment home. Another added bonus is they aren't as restricted on dog breeds as I have a German Shephard and most other apartments she was not welcomed. She is my protection instead using a firearm so it is important that she is able to live with me as a single woman. Thank you Avana Desert View!

Verified Renter Avana Desert view is a good looking apartment complex and it is a very close to all the major stores and places. I love the location as well as the stuff. However, they do not provide any recycling options here, so I wouldn’t recommend to move here since they seem not to care about the environment and only about money. That is not attractive in 2022. Not cool Avana. Be more educated and environmentalist.

Maintenance I recently had an issue where my dryer went out and the staff worked exceptionally with me. They understood the need for an in-unit laundry and were able to allow me access to a vacant apartment in order to accommodate my need. They kept me informed of the date my replacement would be here and even brought it two days early. The maintenance person, Clyde, was very professional, easy going, and quick in replacing the unit. I couldn't be happier with the response I received and the great service this property has.
