They Underdelivered I don't regret living here but I wouldn't recommend it. Aside from the nice design, this isn't the luxury experience they advertise. Beautiful property tucked away in Alpharetta, GA! I lived at IMT Stoneleigh at Deerfield for 2.5 years and I love it. The grounds are kept. The company hosts resident events for all ages. The staff is friendly, polite and professional, from the leasing office to the maintenance staff! I love the technician Ira! My dogs even love it here and have made their own “fur-friends”!
EXTREMELY RUDE Manager EXTREMELY RUDE management! Went to visit this place and the leasing office manager was extermely rude and lacks basic customer service. She is not friendly, helpful or even someone who cares for prospective residents. Management should hire people who understand the meaning of professionalism, etiquette, customer service and know how to treat people with minimum respect. Verified Renter Ive lived for almost two months. So far it has been great. The outside area is kept very clean. Its easy to get maintenance issues resolved and everyone is very friendly. So far Im very happy with my move here.

Verified Renter I refer to this community as the circus of Avana Desert View because I never know what kind of careless unconscious inconsiderate foolishness is going to happen when I return from work each day.
