Verified Renter Poor management. Whoever made sure that apartment was move in ready did a poor job. A/C was broken when we moved in along with lights being out and fire alarm beeping with low battery. Takes weeks to months for simple maintenance requests

Do not live here The amenities are always out. The hot tub is functional maybe 7 months out of the year. The elevators are constantly breaking. I live on the 4th floor and the closest elevator to me has been broken for 6 months. They sent out emails saying they were trying to fix it and then didn't communicate with the residents for months about the broken elevator.
