Verified Renter This is the worst experience I have ever had at any apartment complex.it took six months to get an electrical problem corrected. Two Visit’s to get toilet leak and drain leak fixed.still have not gotten freezer fixed.never any satisfaction with this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy

Verified Renter Avana Desert View, one of the best community to stay. Close to the office and near by markets. All of them are availble in just walkable distance. Leasing and options to explore the community is very good and maintained properly.

Verified Renter Beautiful society with green lawns and multiple parks. Kids would definitely love it. The swimming pool is a boon in summers. Having said so there is a focus approach needs to be taken for maintenance activities.

Verified Renter Don’t sign a lease if you haven’t seen your apartment! The worst mistake ever. I was given an unsanitary apartment that was not cleaned between tenants. I also saw roaches within the first 5 minutes of being in the kitchen. This place is disgusting and should be shut down if this is how things are running.

Verified Renter Very bad experience of move in this community. After signing the lease agreement there were no one to help for move in. Called at lease 5-6 days continuously and third party received a call and used to say Manager will call us. But no calls and move in date was approaching. Move in date was Monday Jan, 16 and We were looking to get the keys on Saturday Jan 13th Because 16th was holiday. As they have not received any calls, So we had to stay at hotels for 2 days and had to reschedule internet service date as w... read more

Decent floor plans and good location These apartments are pretty spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice. The renovated apartments are pretty and modern looking which is a nice change from the other apartments I’ve lived at before where everything is old and dated. Over all, I’m pretty impressed
