Poor maintenance None of my work orders are fixed for this year. The year itelf completed. Simply closing the work orders without fixing it. No maintenance on amenities like pool, gym, lawn. Better to move out from this community.

Verified Renter Avana Desert view is a good community to live. Only problem I see is the timely resolution of resident' concerns. Improve the greenery and lawn maintenance.

Thanks for your review! We've just hired an additional Service Technician, so work order completion times should be picking up soon! In addition, we have a professional landscaping company on site 5 days a week for the upkeep of the community. You may see \"dead\" grass during certain seasons when the new lawn seeding is dispersed shortly after. Verified Renter Everything is fine except for whenever you’d need a maintenance or service request. There will be zero feedback or attempts to address issues. If you can’t fix something yourself, good luck getting any help.

Verified Renter Poor management. Whoever made sure that apartment was move in ready did a poor job. A/C was broken when we moved in along with lights being out and fire alarm beeping with low battery. Takes weeks to months for simple maintenance requests
