Verified Renter Couple of issues on the unit I have some issues which I been following up for more than a year , My home second bedroom flood with water while raining heavily. Multiple requests raised no permanent solution. Second thing many restrictions are imposing recently by the management on amenities usage .Timing restrictions given for usage of pool and other facilities.

Verified Renter Service request was completed in system without even entering unit I put a maintenance request and next day it was completed in system without anyone even entering unit , nothing was fixed, and same thing happened for many other past requests.
