Tenant review Maintenance requests can take months to be resolved. Management and front desk have the same generic responses like we are short of maintenance staff or we just got a new one and shall get to you ASAP and the cycle repeats itself. Cockroaches ! Cockroaches have also signed a long term lease here, Beaware and do your thorough research but unfortunately I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
Verified Renter Horrible. Broken faucet and dishwasher that are yet to be fixed after numerous work orders. Incompetent office personnel that doesn’t respond in a timely manner. Random fees for things that we aren’t even doing.
