I have been going to Imogen 's for 2 years now and cannot recommend them highly enough! Joanne is the friendliest, most caring person who always makes me feel so comfortable. She has really gone above and beyond in my treatments. I am so glad I found this lovely business, excellent value for money and a wonderful experience all round. If I could give 10 stars I would!
After battling with over the counter products to treat my daughters 3 very stubborn verucca’s for a year, I decided enough was enough and booked my daughter to have cryotherapy with Jo. From start to finish Jo was friendly, professional and gentle with my 6 year old who was anxious about the treatment. The treatment was painless and within 3-4 weeks the veruccas had gone completely. Jo’s professionalism and gentle approach really stood out, and I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I’m so happy with the service and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
Jo is extremely professional, kind and discrete with her work. I always feel reassured by her depth of knowledge in her treatments as she has guided me through the correct treatments specifically for me. She does a thorough consultation initially and then continues to check progress at each appointment. I would definitely recommend her and am sure I will remain a loyal client for the foreseeable future.
