I've been waiting 45 minutes and have not been called back, however people that have arrived 30 minutes have been called back. If I could give you a negative star I would. The only reason I'm here is because this is the only place besides the emergency room that is open on the weekend!!!
I went to Immediate Care, Foley for having possibly having the flu. The front receptionist was very kind and had me quickly processed to see a doctor. I saw NP Beck, and was given a very thorough screening, including bloodwork, ekg, xrays, a d flu tests. I had pnuemonia and was given prescriptions for it. They also referred me to South Baldwin ER for more testing. I would go back to Immediate Care or refer them to friends based on my great experience. Everyone was so kind and very thorough.
I arrived a couple minutes before 9am with my 6year old son that was showing signs of the flu. I understand it’s a busy time for urgent care Facilities with the flu going around. I expected to have to wait. But after an hour in the waiting room I asked how much longer it would be. Again, I understand all the rooms being full. But when they start calling back people that arrived AFTER us, when you are prioritizing a woman with a sore muscle in her leg over a SIX year old boy that possibly has the flu. The care that I received was quick and courteous. The treatment, including some outpatient tests at South Baldwin Medical that couldn’t be performed immediately at Immediate Care, was very effective, as was the prescribed medication. These folks know what their doing.
Front desk personnel to busy on their cell phones instead of working and they were unfriendly to boot! They are overpriced to top it off. DE Sweet was a decent doctor, but that front staff totally sucks and puts a negative rating on this clinic!
The staff, nurses and Doctor were all very friendly. I would definitely come here again if I need to see a doctor. Stacy was able to draw my blood on the first stick which normally doesn’t happen.
Excellent and good service ! In and out quickly. Received prescriptions so that I could return to work on Monday ! Thank you Dr Goodrich and staff !
