Went in at 8:15am and one gentleman was in front of me. At about 8:50 I was called to the check in counter for my insurance card. I was told a few minutes later that my card was not showing I had coverage. I have united healthcare and YES I’m insured! I asked for my card back and left for Urgent care in gulf shores. I should of just went to gulf shores but wanted to avoid the hangout fest.

Just went there tody for Bronchitis. I was miserable. They got me in quickly.All of the staff was pleasant and listened to my needs. My nurst was great at giving me a shot. Will go back gladly if I cant get to my docto

I went there last year and service was great. I went there this morning and waited over 4 1/2 hours and was told they were out of steroid shots and only called in a prescription for prednisone which I won’t take because of all the side effects. I’m no better off than I was when I went in.
