bill me a big bill even after insurance for just looking at me and saying it wasnt much just giving me a cheap brace. not professional at all
The clinical staff is ok, they have shady billing practices and the billing associate/coder is beyond rude. Paid $150 just to be seen, then later received a bill for testing. They double charge for flu testing just because the insurance company lets them get away with it and it makes them extra money.
I went into Immediate Care yesterday to be seen for FULL body hives. I was miserable. I checked in and they tell me that I can only be seen with a referral from my primary. It was Sunday. How in the world am I supposed to make that happen? I kindly asked if I could have my primary fax one over the following business day and was told that was not allowed. I came in to be seen before, and was told to go to the er. I have to say that the nurse was very rude I think her name was Jill, not very understanding. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for good quality care from healthcare providers. everyone else seemed okay just didn't like the way we were treated!
Unfortunately admitting service is slow & a long wait time with only few people waiting their turn .. but nurse & doctors are thorough & professional.
