Went in today and the lady at the front desk was very rude, rolled her eyes and was texting on cell phone while I'm standing there! Never going back!!
Great alternative to ER. Clean, friendly and very professional. In and out in less than an hour.
150.00 co pay is there policy if you haven't met your deductible..RIDICULOUS... Urgent care clinic in Robertsdale stated the ins that I have has NO copay. Don't go here because you will feel worse when you leave than when you get there.
I was surprised to see the negative comments about this place. We just had a perfect experience here a couple of days ago. We arrived on Saturday night about 7:40. Even though the office closes at 8 pm we didn't feel rushed. The staff, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, were fabulous! So laid back, caring and friendly. I was totally impressed. Hoping none of us don't get sick anytime soon but when the time comes and we need to seek medical care again we will definitely return to Immediate Care Foley. Thank you... read more
I tried it not once but twice. 1st time bad Experiance with nobody in any rush whatsoever. This time. I waited for 45 minutes then someone that arrived after me went back before me. So I nicely asked at the counter. She said I was next & then 2 minutes later she asked if my insurance changed. ((You should have taken care of that when I signed in))) Oh well live & learn.
There were lots of folks there the day I went, so the wait time was lengthy..but that is just the nature of health care and walk in clinics. Staff was professional, yet friendly. MD was thorough, and took time needed to deliver care and instructions.
I would use this place as primary doctor if allowed. I have never been disappointed in the service or treatment
I have RA & my immune system is compromised due to my disease/medication & all my doctors are in Fairhope, so when I need to see someone quick I come to Immediate Care Foley. Their hours are great & open on weekends! The staff & doctors are awesome! They even called me at home after a few days to see how I was doing! They check my history & take into account of all my medicine/ailments prior to seeing me & takes the time to listen to my concerns! Very professional & good bedside manners!!!
It took forever and it should not have.
