The staff is friendly and I never have to wait long always in and out in about an hour!
I've used the immediate care in Foley a few times and have always had a pleasant visit, in and out in an hour and everyone is very nice !!
I was there for 50 minutes, and never got to see a doctor. There was only one person ahead of me. I will never be back.
I had stopped up ears and the whole staff was great and had such good attitudes! They almost made it fun(?) to have my ears flushed out!
Great alternative to ER. Clean, friendly and very professional. In and out in less than an hour.
I was surprised to see the negative comments about this place. We just had a perfect experience here a couple of days ago. We arrived on Saturday night about 7:40. Even though the office closes at 8 pm we didn't feel rushed. The staff, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, were fabulous! So laid back, caring and friendly. I was totally impressed. Hoping none of us don't get sick anytime soon but when the time comes and we need to seek medical care again we will definitely return to Immediate Care Foley. Thank you... read more
I tried it not once but twice. 1st time bad Experiance with nobody in any rush whatsoever. This time. I waited for 45 minutes then someone that arrived after me went back before me. So I nicely asked at the counter. She said I was next & then 2 minutes later she asked if my insurance changed. ((You should have taken care of that when I signed in))) Oh well live & learn.
