I gave a negative review earlier only to have it deleted. Long story short. Thank you for forgetting about my wife after you brought her back. Took two hours to see her & only after I called to make sure all was well. After the call, not thirty seconds go by & she's seen. Very unprofessional for that, & very, very unprofessional for deleting negative comments. This one I will screenshot & post everyday if it gets deleted this time.
RecommendedFast I went back pretty fast and very thorough nurse practitioner she pretty much saved my life. I went in there thinking I had strep or mono and they tested for that but negative she was thorough enough to look at me more and did a CBC blood test turns out I had deadly low hemoglobin levels and needed to go to the ER I ended up having to receive 4 blood transfusions at the hospital that ended up saving my life. On my visit in March I was told to pay copay even thought my secondary ins covers my copay. Was told they did not accept my secondary ins. I paid $30 next received billing statement bill for $70.13. I paid the bill. Shortly oI received a explanation of benefits from my secondary guess what they paid $100.13 in May 2019. I have called billing repeatedly left messages never returned my message. RecommendedAlways very professional in diagnosing & treating respiratory illness when I can’t get fitted in to my own doctor. Wait period can vary but no more than any urgent care in the area. Quick in & out when in for a vitamin B12 shot which is not covered by my insurance Whether at Immediate care or at my own MD. Cost is reasonable.
Went in at 8:15am and one gentleman was in front of me. At about 8:50 I was called to the check in counter for my insurance card. I was told a few minutes later that my card was not showing I had coverage. I have united healthcare and YES I’m insured! I asked for my card back and left for Urgent care in gulf shores. I should of just went to gulf shores but wanted to avoid the hangout fest.
