All staff were very friendly. NP Beck is the best! She got to the problem right away and diagnosed my bronchitis. She was very thorough and attentive even while I was the very last patient of the day and I had overheard one of the staff say that they’d had a 12 hour day with no down time. I was paying cash for prescriptions and didn’t have the GoodRx app on my phone, so NP Beck so kindly printed coupons for savings on my scripts! That’s going the extra mile and at the end of long tiring day

I called to see if they did stitches and give a heads up that my 10 year old was on his way there at 5:10pm due to a bicycle accident. After being put on hold to ask if we could still come because they didn't know if they were taking any more patients I was told my husband could not bring him.... 40 minutes before they closed! We used to go here but they don’t take Humana Insurance anymore so now we have to drive to GS when sick even though we live in Foley. The Doctors were good there.
Went today and testing positive for the flu. Charlcey at the front desk was super quick to help me find my insurance policy number since I couldnt find my card. I was out in under 2 hours, which I feel like would have been shorter but they had a couple patients that were being sent out to the hospital. The nurse/MA apologized for this, but things like that happen. She was also very gentle when giving the shot and taking the flu swab. Easiest shot I've ever had! They are not opened til 8 pm which is what’s on there page.
Was trying to explain my friends situation (he was getting worse the longer we were there). The nurse cut him off while he was talking. wouldn't let him get anything to drink. The front desk ladies were to busy talking and on THEIR phones to care. never going back.
