Drove two hours from Cleveland to pick up a bed and nightstand, when I brought it home, they BOTH came defective. This is not something that I wanted to deal with during my moving process. Extremely disappointed, never shopping at Ikea again.
Have to walk thru the entire store. Can't run in and get what you want and check out. Also, 20 people in lines with 1/5 of the registers open. Neat stuff, but probably won't go back.
I love shopping at IKEA, but the check out lines are so long and only a few registers were open. One one occasion, I left my merchandise in the cart and walked out of the store
It's Huge! Crowded, but we were able to look at & pick out things we needed. We're Happy there's an Ikea nearby; hadn't shopped at one since living in Cali. We also ate at the restaurant & the food is good! However, it's Sooo busy, they're understaffed here & the line cooks are easily distracted. They NEED Hand Sanitizer Wipes near the baskets. Thank goodness I carry my own. We're looking forward to our next visit!
Loved the store! Very crowded but I expected that! If you are In a hurry pick a day during the week! It is what it is! I will return!! 🤓
The maze like interior was horrible. The need better and more frequent signage. I was very unhappy by the time we left. Plus we didn't realize that the escalator only went up....if I ever want to purchase something I will probably just order it online. It wasn't worth the irritation
The New Store Is Beautiful!! Love we only have to travel an hour now to get to one instead of 3 hours to Cincinnati or Pittsburgh... Ready To Go Back Already!!!
