Sat at noon, 6 checkout lanes open with at least 50 people in each line. Ridiculous!!
The check out lines are ridiculous, at least 30/45 minutes waiting in line to checkout.. just like Walmart 26 lanes only 6 open-WHY?!?!?!
Lots of walking to find the items you're looking for. Items that we were interested in were not in stock... check out line was unbelievably slow.
RecommendedOlivia was excellent helped us order kitchen cabinets and appliances she made sure we have everything we need
Cafeteria sucked! Waited in line for 45 minutes. By the time we got thru the register to pay, our food was COLD. Staff opened more lanes and did not take next in line so those of us that had already been waiting watched people move to the head of the line in front of us. Cashiers did not know how to ring and caused more delay in lines. Food quality was AWFUL.
Loved it!❤️A must see. Put your walking shoes on its huge!
I've been back twice for the same item. The web shows the item will be in stock but when you show up, the date changes and they will not hold if you call. Having to drive an hour away on a chance they may have it is not worth it to me.
Your new store in OH is fabulous! Very impressed! My dtr and I loved walking through and seeing all the new items you have! Sure do wish you would build one in Myrtle Beach SC as the closest one to us is in NC! There are many residents, travelers, college kids, and snowbirds who would buy if you came!
