Some of the worst customer service we ordered from online over a month ago. The delivery service that they use has scheduled over 4 different times with us and then the morning of the delivery cancels delivery because they do not have our products. We have called (and sat on hold) with both the delivery service and IKEA and have received no help from either companies. My Partner and my first time at an Ikea. So happy we waited till after the Grand opening rush. Went middle of the day on a Monday. Loved the entire experience. Spent 3 hours there with a break for food and still didn't cover everything.... had to leave a reason to go back! We are at the cafeteria. The servers and cashier were so friendly. The food looked good and tasted even better. Wouldn't mind going there just for lunch. Modern, clean, friendly. A must for any out of towners! Viva IKEA!
Beautiful store! Love the variety but the checkout lines just psst us all off spoiled the whole experience to stand in lines this long after doing all that walking! Just stupid!
Wall to wall of people I don't like huge crowds but I was very impressed with there prices so I will go back but maybe not a weekend go down on a week day !
Lots of shopper?.. yes!.. but cashier r fast worker.. this place is a happy place for me.. too many ideas i can do to decorate my kids room... 1 down 1 more room to go�....
First time there. A little confusing. They need to have checkouts upstairs and also have express lanes. Be prepared to spend hrs. Food was good. Plenty of restroom. They need to make open aisles instead of weaving thru the entire store just to get 1 item. I Wil shop again it was fun and interesting.
While the crowd throughout the store wasn't bad, there were only 5-6 lines open on a SATURDAY and at least 20 people in EACH line. I left without purchasing any of the items I had on my cart or in my bag.
