First visit to an IKEA...was not disappointed. They were out of stock on the majority items that I came for but I still left with a cart full of goodies. I did stand in line to check out for almost 45 minutes, not many cashiers working. All in all, I will definitely be back!!
Wonderful, clean store. A huge selection and great prices.
Our first visit was on a weekend and as expected it was crowded. Overall slow check out lines but nice staff. The reason for my low score is because of my second visit to complete a simple return(a pillow). As I arrived there were 4 people in front of me. There were only two IKEA associates working the return desk. After waiting 20 mins. I found a manager and asked for additional assistance. I was immediately dismissed.
