Always awesome, and now in Columbus, Ohio. Perfect location too.
The layout is confusing. Much different than West Chester, Ohio. It took us forever to find the items we needed. Never once did an associate ask us if we needed help, several items were unavailable. It just seemed very unorganized and a little chaotic. I will give it 1 more chance next time we need to something but if I'm not Impressed, bye IKEA 👋🏻
I've been to this location 3 times since it opened and every time it gets worse. First time was to just wander with no intent to buy - that time was 5 stars. The second was to purchase something I saw online and quickly check out in the show room, find out where it was in the self serve area and then try to locate every single item I needed to assemble it (thankfully the website tells you this exact information) - this visit was 4 stars (only because the item I wanted was out of stock and I had to substitute it for a differe... read more
