Very poor on their computer deck area. Only liked one desk top. No sizeable legs. But of course its from sweden and everything in there is from china.
I love the layout and the way the store is set up, you definitely couldn't rush through so make sure you have plenty of extra time to see everything!
Felt Trapped in a never ending store of things I did not care for!
Selection is poor, West Chester is better. Wanted to purchase the Stocksund soft and/or chair today....none of the slipcovered items are carried in Columbus. Ran into a similar problem with sheet sets, the higher thread count cotton ones aren't in the Cbus store. Get it together IKEA...you're going to loose customers.
I had never been to Ikea before, so I figured I'd check it out. I went with my mother and father. Never, ever again. In all the things I've seen, heard and read about Ikea, nothing and no one remembered to mention that they kidnap you. Once you go in, you have to traverse the entire store to get out. Do not under any circumstance use their home delivery service. They use a third party company that is horrendous. What a debacle. We were told our window was 9-1. We were even specifically told that could mean 12:59. When we called because they didn't show they said they would be there at 4:30 and there is no way they would ever have given us the 9-1 window and we were wrong. Love IKEA, hated the ridiculous lack of parking and overcrowding. I will drive to West Chester even though, this one is thirty minutes away.
