Let us drive off the lot without being totally financed. We where both very excited about our new car then told me they couldn't finance me because I was through a temp agency. DO NOT GO HERE. If I get charged for driving it off the lot when we thought it was ours I will call an attorney.

Started off great, when they thought they had a potential customer. But then never followed-up with me. Went in on Friday and still haven't heard anything by Wednesday. Called and spoke to a manager and he didn't even apologize for the poor service. I w ouldnt recommend this place solely on their poor customer service.
They had their sale going where they'd give you up to $10,000 more than your trade was worth. Wouldn't give even an estimate over the phone. Drove 45 minutes for them to make an offer under book value. When I asked where's the special they're supposed to be running, they ignored my question twice. Piss poor service and just a trap to loor you into the dealership without the intentions of helping you. Told them the payment I needed and they came back with a payment $300 higher than I said was my maximum. 👎🏻To them
Please see my wife's review below. We were very disappointed with the way we were treated by Andre the sales manager. After hearing the audio recording of their conversation I am appalled at the way he spoke to my wife and we will be taking or business elsewhere. Their mechanics got oil all over our drivers seat and Andre said he couldn't have it cleaned until Monday. Why would I want oil sitting on my brand new cars seat for multiple days? I cleaned it myself. The customer service here is a joke. Avoid this dealership!
We just bought a 2017 Tucson on Friday 6/16/17 and were not happy with the way the "sales manager" Andre treated us after we made our purchase. We went in Friday to look at getting a Tucson. We just bought a house and needed a bigger car to haul things, as we are renovating our home. Before we bought the Tucson we had a Sonata and Elantra. On May 30th, 2017 at 1:00pm my wife and infant child went to Glenbrook Hyundai to possibly trade in our 2011 GMC Acadia with 100,000 miles. My wife found the car she liked and started working with a salesman on the trade. Everything was set in stone except MY signatures to finalize the deal.
