Went there this morning for warranty work on my airbags at no charge. Told it would be an hour. Justin, the service manager, then came in and told me that my car wouldn’t start due to the key fob. Told him I’ve never had a a problem before and drove there this AM. 45 minutes later he tries to sell me a new battery. The last time I was there for warranty work, it cost me $1300 and 4 hours of my time. This is my experience every time. worst experience I ever had, made an appointment just to have them look at my engine and they told me it would take a lot of money to fix so I told them not to do it and they still charged me $205 just for looking at it and they gave me a rental which they charged me $25 every 24 hours I had it so altogether it cost me $255 for nothing when they didn't even fix the problem major waste of time and money, I also sat there for about 5 hours waiting, I won't be coming back and I don't recommend this place to anyone I probably wo... read more

Someone needs to explain to me your commercial regarding Credit Amnesty and putting other car dealers down for charging such a high down payment and with you it is suppose to be just one dime down. You are telling my daughter she needs that large down payment like other dealers. Such a crock. Glad I bought my car at Preferred Auto.
I have never had any qualms about having my 2011 Elantra Touring serviced at Glenbrook Hyundai. Since we bought the car new in 11/2010, this has been the only place it has been. Even the most recent service costs less than what I was anticipating. I trust Justin to always be on the level with me, the service gets done, the car washed, the bill paid, and I'm on my way again without any inconvenience.
