This place is a joke. They sell cars and don't turn in their paperwork to the DMV so you get hit with false plates. I've never in my wildest dreams thought we would get treated like this after buying a vehicle. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
I was very hesitant buying a new vehicle due to the last car I purchased. I want to give a big thank you for Mel! I am so happy in my car and I feel 100% satisfied with my purchase. Mel also didn’t pressure me into buying anything, but explained the cars down to my level. I would recommend him, especially if you are purchasing your first vehicle ever!
I have had nothing but great service here. They take great care of their customers and have always made sure I leave happy. Truly a Happy Car Store. And Dakota is great! He still helps me with any questions I have even though he sold me my car almost a year ago. I would recommend glenbrook Hyundai to anyone!
Sent my information to almost a dozen banks for a car I was never interested in! Then told me negative equity (from a totaled car) couldn’t be put on a used car loan... well that’s a lie. Very disappointed with how I was treated.
Very responsive but not in a stalker-type way. They were very professional in the cadence with which they followed up with us and we felt great, like we were dealing with people that wanted to help us get in the car we wanted at a price that worked for us. It felt win-win and I was very grateful for the attention we were given. We are very happy with our purchase!
