Just bought my very first Hyundai this morning so my review may not be "in depth". I hate high pressure sales in any area and Dakota helped us and educated us without pressure. I will not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership to friends and family in the future. EJ in the financial department was also helpful with any and all questions. I look forward to becoming a long time Hyundai owner.

I will also be contacting the better business bureau on my exact personal experience. Never will we go here for anything ever again either. Poor customer service rude on the phone... never purchased a car through them and thankful for that but used the service department and I am completely appalled! They will never get a recommendation and I will make sure everyone I know goes to some other business that is fair and respectful.

This dealership is the BEST. We found a 2012 Explorer and they could not have made this purchase any easier. Even more, they took care of a few details on the vehicle 2 days after the sale. Gary, E.J. and Jenny (in service) are the most professional, efficient and customer oriented individuals we have come across in our search for our perfect car. Thanks again for all your help!! Would recommend this team to anyone!!

I will never trust these people again. They got me this time but I'm telling everybody to stay away from there. After we sign the papers noticed a few little things he said don't worry about it will take care of it. Then turned around told us know we're not going to take care of that is not on paper the car pulls to the right we called him as soon as we left the store don't worry we'll take care of it yeah after about a hundred dollars just to tell me what's wrong with it they won't take care of it once you sign the papers y... read more
