This place is a committing robbery. Sold my friend a car, took it back after a whole month saying she wasnt financed. Wont give her deposit back, charging her for milage, and charging a $25 a day "rental" fee. Why let her drive it off lot and keep it for a month if she wasnt properly financed...
Not sure about these guys....went to look at a new vehicle but I couldn't afford it. They kept coming up with other cars for me to try. After 3 hours we told them we had to go...they still kept wanting to sell us a car.....not the new one of course because I'm not flexible enough on payment. ...well sorry....but an extra $100 to $200 on top of what I told you I could afford is not flexible it's insane....i don't have that kind of income.
I will NEVER buy a car there again!!! Our car had 3 major issues after just one month of owning it!!! Terrible customer service once our car broke down and no one would call us back but when we were buying our car we could not get them to stop calling us to come in!!
Cheers to the service department! My low tire pressure light was on. I was afraid of getting a flat tire in this cold weather. They checked my tires, added air and vacuumed my car at no charge! That's customer service at it's finest! Thank you so much!!
