Extremely aggressive salesman decided to chase my car through the parking lot. With customer service like that, I decided to look for and purchase a car elsewhere.
Blew engine 2 years ago.. Finally agrees to replace motor.. Then charged me 800 dollars to replace parts that would never had gone bad had it not sat for two years. Quality of work seems to be ok, but they charge huge amounts for little things.. They charged 54.14 just to write work order, 50 in labor to change belt that, had I not bought new one they would had to do to move old belt. Wiring harness was bad due to animals(it sat for 2 years) of couse I paid for this.. If you can find another dealership.. Go there
RecommendedQuick, courteous, friendly service that has always been accomplished with everything they promise. My car runs like the well oiled machine that it is. And the popcorn, well that is a very special bonus.

How can you allow a mechanic to lie to a customer, say he pulled a fuel tank to get to the fuel filter, when the fuel filter is external on the specific model, and then to say he checked timing belt and water pump, that's bs: when she shows him the receipt of the timing belt work, be back steps. we are making calls to see what we can do about your tech and business trying to steal from old women.

I have been going to Glenbrook Hyundaii for over five years. I have never been disappointed. They have always told me if there was a problem and gave me the choice if I wanted it fixed or not at that time. They would always give me an approximate time that they would be finished and they were either early or right on time. I love the people that work ther.
