I had an appointment at 10, they kept my car, didn’t give me a replacement EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED I NEEDED ONE FOR WORK OVER THE PHONE. They were going to charge me 110 dollars to look at my brakes. Just all around very terrible service, will be taking my car to Glenbrook Dodge (where I got my car anyway) from now on. 🙄
RecommendedMy only issue is that if I have an appointment and it’s at 8 AM in the morning don’t tell me it’s a first come first serve basis....Either you’re going to take an appointment and follow through with the appointment time or you’re not gonna make any appointments and just keep it completely first come first serve
